At the World Conference on Tobacco Control held in Dublin, the WHO Global Ambassador for Noncommunicable Diseases announced the winners of the 2025 Bloomberg Philanthropies Awards for Global Tobacco Control.
India, along with Mauritius, Mexico, Montenegro, the Philippines, and Ukraine, was honored for significant achievements in implementing effective tobacco control policies.
