 Teghbir Singh, a 6-year-old mountaineer from Punjab, became the youngest person in the world to scale Mount Elbrus — the highest peak in Russia and Europe, standing at 18,510 feet (5,642 meters).
This is one of the most prominent peaks globally, ranked 10th in terms of prominence.
In August 2024, Teghbir had already made headlines by becoming the youngest Asian to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
