अरुणाचल प्रदेश भारत के उत्तर-पूर्वी भाग में स्थित एक सीमावर्ती राज्य है, जिसे “उगते सूरज की धरती” कहा जाता है क्योंकि भारत में सबसे पहले सूर्य की किरणें इसी राज्य में पड़ती हैं।
यह क्षेत्रफल की दृष्टि से उत्तर-पूर्वी क्षेत्र (NER) का सबसे बड़ा राज्य है और 20 फरवरी 1987 से भारतीय संघ का पूर्ण राज्य है।
अरुणाचल प्रदेश की अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमाएँ भूटान, चीन और म्यांमार से लगती हैं।

Arunachal Pradesh is a border state located in the north-eastern part of India and is popularly known as the “Land of the Rising Sun” because it receives the first rays of the sun in the country.
It is the largest state in the North-East Region (NER) by area and has been a full-fledged state of the Indian Union since 20 February 1987.
It shares international borders with Bhutan, China, and Myanmar.
