🧘‍♀️ ‘Warkari Bhakti Yoga’ Programme Held in Pune on International Yoga Day

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a unique Warkari Bhakti Yoga programme was held in Pune, Maharashtra.
The Warkari tradition is a centuries-old spiritual Bhakti movement rooted in devotion and humility. It emphasizes:

  • Pilgrimage on foot to the Vitthal Temple in Pandharpur

  • Collective bhajans and kirtans as a form of spiritual unity

  • Teachings of saints like Sant Dnyaneshwar and Sant Tukaram

  • Core values of equality, devotion, and service

This programme fused the Bhakti Yoga philosophy with physical yoga, aligning the body, mind, and soul.

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर पुणे में एक विशेष वаркरी भक्ति योग कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।
 वर्करी परंपरा महाराष्ट्र की एक आध्यात्मिक भक्ति परंपरा है जो:

  • पंढरपुर के विट्ठल मंदिर की पैदल यात्रा

  • भजन और कीर्तन के सामूहिक गायन

  • संत ज्ञानेश्वर और संत तुकाराम की शिक्षाओं

  • और भक्ति, समर्पण और समानता जैसे मूल्यों पर आधारित है।
