After being passed in the Lok Sabha , Raj Sabha then has three points. 1) - It can either pass the bill and sent to president for assent. 2) - It can keep the bill with itself . After 14 days the bill is deemed to be passed by both houses. Lok sabha must pass the bill before raj sabha to pass it. 3) - Rajya Sabha can send the bill to lok sabha with some recommendations . The Punjab Hindu Sabha was founded in 1909, with the aim of uniting all the Hindu organizations in Punjab, in order to safeguard their interest. In 1909, G.K.
